In Philadelphia, it’s even worse, with scheduling as far as nine months out, prompting some young would-be drivers to travel for their exams. As many parents and teenagers already know, scheduling a driver’s license test at the Lebanon Department of Motor Vehicles can be difficult, with waits sometimes in excess of six months.
